This website, program, and any related services are owned and operated by The Shift Blueprint (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, enrolling in any The Shift Blueprint programs or services, purchasing any digital product, joining any community, or engaging with our educational content, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific offers, services, or promotions.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site, program, community, or services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including videos, written material, trading frameworks, strategies, lesson plans, course platforms, graphics, downloads, templates, recordings, community content, and educational resources, is the property of The Shift Blueprint or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing, modification, copying, screen-recording, or redistribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Account sharing, leaking course content, sharing login credentials, or distributing private resources may result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may lead to legal action.
2. User-Submitted Content
Any testimonials, comments, screenshots, reviews, messages, progress updates, trading results, or submissions you share with us grant The Shift Blueprint a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes.
You confirm that you have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights, platform rules, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.
3. Educational Disclaimer
The Shift Blueprint provides educational content only. Nothing on this Site, inside our programs, communities, live calls, videos, messages, or resources should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, risk management, capital allocation, and financial outcomes.
Trading foreign exchange, futures, CFDs, indices, commodities, crypto, or any other financial markets involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all individuals.
4. Earnings and Trading Results Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding income, trading profits, funded account payouts, prop firm success, consistency, or specific results.
Any success stories, testimonials, payout screenshots, income examples, funded account examples, or trading results shared are not typical and should not be taken as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.
Your results depend on your own effort, discipline, skill level, risk management, psychology, market conditions, broker conditions, prop firm rules, execution, personal circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.
You acknowledge that you may lose money trading and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Testimonials
All testimonials reflect real individual experiences but do not guarantee outcomes. They are individual stories and not representations of expected, average, or guaranteed results.
Testimonials may be shortened or edited for clarity, but we do not intentionally misrepresent the original experience.
6. Online Commerce & Eligibility
By purchasing from The Shift Blueprint, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We may cancel orders, suspend accounts, revoke access, or refuse service for violations of these Terms, misuse, fraud, abusive behaviour, payment issues, or suspected account sharing.
All subscriptions, memberships, mentorships, and digital product purchases are for individual use only. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
7. Payment Plans
If you purchase through a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.
A payment plan is not a subscription that can be cancelled at any time unless clearly stated in writing at the point of sale. By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to pay the full agreed purchase price over the agreed payment schedule.
Failed payments may result in restricted access, removal from the program, suspension of support, or collection action.
You remain responsible for any outstanding balance even if you stop using the program, stop attending calls, or choose not to continue participating.
8. Refund Policy
All The Shift Blueprint programs, digital products, mentorships, communities, courses, and services are non-refundable.
Due to the immediate access granted to digital content, resources, private materials, community access, live support, mentorship, and intellectual property, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
If you believe a duplicate payment or technical billing error has occurred, you may contact klevfx@outlook.com for review. Any exceptions will be made solely at our discretion.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from The Shift Blueprint, you agree not to file false, misleading, or fraudulent chargebacks.
If you open a payment dispute after receiving access to the program, resources, mentorship, community, or digital materials, we reserve the right to provide evidence of your purchase, access, usage, communications, and agreement to these Terms to the payment processor or bank.
Filing a chargeback does not automatically cancel your payment obligations under any agreed payment plan.
10. Program Guarantees
The Shift Blueprint does not offer income guarantees, funded account guarantees, payout guarantees, profitability guarantees, trading performance guarantees, or personal transformation guarantees.
Support and mentorship are provided as outlined in the specific course, mentorship, or program description, but they do not include guaranteed results.
Your success depends on your own participation, application, discipline, learning pace, execution, and risk management.
11. Giveaways & Promotions
Promotions or giveaways may be offered periodically. Eligibility, rules, deadlines, and prize delivery details will be defined for each individual promotion.
Winners agree to have their name, likeness, social media profile, or submitted content used in promotional material unless they opt out in writing.
Participation in giveaways does not impact refund rights. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.
12. Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” refers to ongoing access to core training content only, unless otherwise stated at the point of sale.
Mentorship, live calls, community access, software tools, direct messaging support, trade reviews, coaching, or private support may be time-limited or subscription-based.
We reserve the right to update, replace, restructure, migrate, or remove content platforms where necessary.
13. Community Guidelines
Respectful behaviour is expected in all The Shift Blueprint spaces, including communities, live calls, private chats, group chats, comment sections, and social platforms.
We reserve the right to remove any participant for harassment, spam, hate speech, threats, abuse, misconduct, self-promotion, poaching, sharing private content, or behaviour that negatively affects the community.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.
14. Software Access
If any program includes access to tools, indicators, templates, dashboards, platforms, bots, or software, usage may be time-bound and subject to fair use limits.
Software access may be changed, limited, removed, or discontinued at any time due to technical, commercial, licensing, or operational reasons.
Excessive usage, abuse, resale, copying, or unauthorised sharing may result in access restrictions or account termination.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Prop Firms
The Shift Blueprint may reference or discuss third-party brokers, prop firms, trading platforms, charting tools, funding companies, exchanges, or software providers.
We are not responsible for the rules, decisions, pricing, outages, spreads, slippage, account closures, payout decisions, failed challenges, denied withdrawals, or business practices of any third-party company.
You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules, risks, and terms of any third-party service you choose to use.
16. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
All content and services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Shift Blueprint disclaims any and all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, trading, emotional, reputational, or business damages arising from your use of our content, services, community, mentorship, or educational materials.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to content, platforms, communities, calls, or services.
17. Registration & Security
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately at klevfx@outlook.com.
18. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to The Shift Blueprint programs, communities, resources, or services at our discretion if you breach these Terms, fail to complete payment, misuse content, share private material, engage in misconduct, or violate community standards.
Termination due to breach of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
19. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
